Helping clients discover and embrace hidden parts of themselves to break free from repetitive patterns and develop positive beliefs.

I love my work. I work primarily with women. I find that many women, regardless of their personal histories, complain of feeling stuck - repeating patterns and behaviors that don't make them feel successful or happy. I believe that some of this may stem from parts of themselves that had to be submerged early in life.

My role is to help clients discover and embrace these hidden parts, allowing them to expand their range of behaviors and develop positive beliefs about themselves. I guide them in using mindfulness and practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions and challenging situations.

I'm deeply committed to supporting my clients’ growth. My work with the mind-body connection has strengthened this commitment. I’m trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma and attachment injuries, use Internal Family Systems Parts work, and often turn to mindfulness approaches like Tara Brach’s “RAIN” tool for grounding in the present.

My BA is from the University of California, Berkeley and my MSW is from Smith College. In addition to my more recent training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Levels I & II), I completed the three-year Advanced Psychotherapy Program at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (ICP&P), followed by five years of psychoanalytic training with ICP&P.

This combination of advanced training equips me with a broad and nuanced skill set to support my clients effectively.
